It is therefore important to come up with a Strategy that allows you maximum takeaway in respect to your existing property equity while streamlining as much off of the next purchase price.

One of the most common reasons people move from one house to another is the need for more space. They would be considered second or even third time buyers and thus more experienced in their ability to visualize what they want, especially in the case of their overall family needs and more precisely, what the children need.

You must first determine the Location as your prime criterion. Can your existing neighbourhood service your needs for the next 10 years? How old will the children be then? What schooling and transportation will they be able to access? Are there larger homes that would fit your requirements? Location or Area should always be top of mind as you can then consider house types and prices accordingly.
